Aldersgate's VCI Team is currently working to identify members for these new teams:

Faith Path Team

Developing and implementing a clear discipleship path for helping congregants of all ages on their spiritual journey.

Worship Design Team

---

Working together to improve the quality of worship flow, transitions, sensory elements, and music to optimize the worship experience for multiple audiences.

Lay Leadership Development Team

---

Developing a plan for identifying, recruiting, training, supporting, and deploying new leaders according to their giftedness.

Ministry Audit Team

---

Completing an audit of all ministries, meeting with each committee to determine alignment with mission, vision, and goals of AUMC.
